The Tri-Lakes Friends of the Library sponsored a grand expansion party for the Monument branch on Saturday, Feb. 22. The Monument branch opened in 1975; since then it has relocated and recently expanded. Below: Dancers from the McClain School of Celtic Arts kick up their heels...and toes!
